  • The tufting process typically takes 2-3 hours, but it can vary based on the complexity of your design, size of your rug, and your tufting experience.

  • Absolutely! Tufting is designed to be beginner-friendly. Our experienced instructors will guide you through the process, ensuring an enjoyable and successful experience.

  • You can easily edit your booking by logging into your account on our website and accessing the booking details section. If you encounter any issues, feel free to contact our support team for assistance.

  • While appointments are recommended to ensure availability, we do welcome walk-ins based on studio capacity. To guarantee your spot, it's best to book in advance.

  • You can submit your design by emailing it to fuzzlabwaco@gmail.com. Our team will assist you in translating your vision into a tufted masterpiece.

  • Painted bears are ready for pickup 72 hours after completion. Our team will notify you once your bear is ready to be picked up during our regular studio hours.

  • If you're unable to pick up your painted bear in person, we offer convenient shipping options for an additional fee. Please contact our studio staff to discuss shipping arrangements and ensure your bear safely reaches its new home.

  • You have the freedom to choose! We offer both pre-designed rug options and the opportunity to bring your own ideas to your personalized DIY workshop.

  • Tufting is suitable for all ages! While younger tufters may benefit from pairing up with an adult for assistance, there is no strict age requirement. Our instructors are here to guide and support tufters of every age and skill level.
